Yes. Listing a property, collecting rent, e-signing leases, and ID verification are all included in the free Starter plan. Paid features like tenant screening ($25/report) and credit reporting ($5/month for tenants) are optional upgrades.
When a tenant applies to your listing, you can request a screening report. It includes an Equifax credit check and government ID verification — all in one report. It's a soft inquiry, so it won't affect the tenant's credit score.

When enabled, your recorded rent payments are reported directly to Equifax Canada. Tenants build credit history with every on-time payment. The first report typically appears within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored exclusively in Canadian data centres. Payment processing uses PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. We implement controls aligned with SOC 2 Type II standards and we never sell your data.
